Upgrades from WinSERVE Discontinued

NOTICE: As of January 1, 2019, PDT is no longer offering a license upgrade from WinSERVE to HawkEye. No version of WinSERVE will be upgradable to any version of HawkEye. In order for existing WinSERVE license owners to obtain a HawkEye license, they will need to purchase a HawkEye license separately and fully, independent of any WinSERVE licenses they own.
